We can reverse engineer existing steel components in our CMM Department to produce solid models and manufacture new parts. The typical process is as follows:
Receive an existing steel component from the customer with list of problems or changes that need to be made to the final solid model.
Reverse engineer the component at HPM's Tempe facility and make any adjustments to implement customer changes, ending with a solid model of the component.
Re-check the steel component to the new solid model and make any small changes so they match.
Send the old component back to the customer so they can resume production.
Manufacture the new component in our shop from the solid model. This component will fit into the tool at the customer's facility, or the final fitting can be done at one of HPM's facilities.
